food

We went to the Life Education bus and learnt about food. We found out which foods we should eat lots, which foods we should eat some and which foods we should only eat a little.

These foods are good for you because they are healthy.
They come from the ground
for you.
lettuce
cucumber
apples
carrots
bananas
pumpkin

These foods you should eat some of. They come from animals
lamb
beef
steak
sausages
eggs
milk
Food that is made by mixing ingredients together are not good for you. You should only eat a little.
Lollies and lollipops are bad things because they have lots of sugar.
